Shipping policy

Where we ship. United States only, for now.

What it costs. Free on every U.S. order. No minimum, no threshold, no surprise at checkout.

Production time. Every Longhorn Faith Drip piece is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days before it ships.

Delivery time. Typically 5–12 business days from the date you order, production included. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it's on its way.

Multiple items. Items in the same order may be made and shipped separately, and may arrive on different days. There's no extra charge for that.

Address accuracy. We ship to the address entered at checkout. You can change it within 4 hours of ordering; after that the order is final and in production, and we can't redirect it. If a package comes back to us because the address was wrong or unclaimed, email us — we can reship, and you may be charged for the second shipment.

Delays. Carrier delays, weather and holiday volume can push delivery past the estimate. If tracking stalls for several days past the estimated delivery date, email support@longhornfaithdrip.com and we'll chase it.

Lost packages. If the carrier confirms a package is lost, we replace it or refund it. Contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
