Shipping

How long will my order take?
Everything is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, then delivery on top of that. Most orders arrive 5–12 business days from the day you place them. You'll get tracking as soon as it ships.

What does shipping cost?
Free on all U.S. orders. No minimum.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at the moment.

Why did my order arrive in two parcels?
If you ordered more than one item they may be made and shipped separately. Costs you nothing extra, and both will have tracking.

My tracking hasn't updated in days.
Email us with your order and tracking numbers and we'll chase the carrier. If it's genuinely lost, we replace it or refund it.

Ordering

Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel within 4 hours of ordering — log into your account and find your order. After that the order is final: it's in production and can't be cancelled, resized, recolored or readdressed.

That's about cancelling, not about problems. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we still fix it and we still pay.

Can I change the shipping address?
Only inside that same 4-hour window. After production starts we can't redirect it.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Email support@longhornfaithdrip.com and tell us what you're after.

Sizing

How do I pick a size?
Use the size chart on the product page. If the chart lists garment width, lay a similar garment flat, measure straight across the chest, and compare that measurement directly without doubling it. If the chart lists body chest circumference, measure around your chest instead. Compare body length and sleeve measurements using the method shown for that product. Check whether the chart uses inches or centimeters. Email us before ordering if a measurement is unclear.

What if I'm between sizes?
Size up for a more relaxed fit.

What does Tall Fit actually mean?
Tall Fit offers extra body length and, depending on the garment, extra sleeve length. Measurements and available sizes vary by product. Use the individual product chart rather than assuming that regular, longline, and Tall sizes fit the same.

I'm not sure which size to take. Can you help?
Yes. Email us your height, usual size and a shirt measurement, and we'll tell you honestly what to order. We'd rather spend two minutes on that than have you end up with something you can't wear.

Returns

Can I return something if it doesn't fit?
We do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing or change of mind. Please compare the product measurements with a garment that fits you well, and email us before ordering if you need sizing help. Damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect items are covered by our refund policy.

What if it arrives damaged, defective, or it's the wrong item?
We fix it and we pay. Email support@longhornfaithdrip.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We replace it or refund it, and in most cases you won't need to send anything back.

How long do refunds take?
5–10 business days to the original payment method once approved.

Products

What are the shirts made from?
It varies by product and it's listed on every product page. Most graphic tees are combed and ring-spun cotton.

How should I wash them?
Cold, inside out, tumble dry low. No bleach, and don't iron over the print.

Do you restock sold-out items?
Made-to-order products still depend on the availability of the underlying garment or accessory. Colors and sizes may be temporarily unavailable. Email support@longhornfaithdrip.com about a specific item.
